Important Announcement: RAK Airways PJSC The Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah (DCA) has appointed a three-member committee (Committee) in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (2) of 2014 amending certain provisions of Law No. (1) of 2012 pertaining to the Regulation of the Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah (Law). The Committee was established by the DCA on 30th March 2014 in response to the decision of RAK Airways PJSC (Company) to cease operations and in order to safeguard the interest of its stakeholders. The Committee intends to put in place a process of dealing with claims from creditors. In that regard, creditors who wish to make a claim against the Company must prove their debts and should contact the Committee at email@example.com providing relevant contact details and requesting a Proof of Debt form. Claims will only be considered by the Committee if submitted with the appropriate Proof of Debt and copies of all supporting documents and received by the Committee by no later than 4:00 pm on 8th May 2014.
