Must have a sound knowledge of FIDIC and all aspects of contract process and implementation.
• Meetings with clients and main contractor, sub contractors to understand their requirements
• Must know the contracts and project deliverables.
• Must protect the interest of the company through the implementation of the contract by providing early signals to the management.
• Putting together plans and estimates, a good commercial sense is required.• Prepare and present documents for tender.
• Contribute to work planning and brief project teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Gathering all information for monthly payment certificates and providing the final submittal for the payment request.
• Reviewing all the payments as per the contract liabilities.
• Supply information to resolve disputes, if they arise.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting process.
• Need to work closely with a multi discipline team.
