Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the entire operations of the company. The role is very critical to the overall success of the organization as the incumbent will be the key person responsible for purchasing material, tracking delivery of projects and clearing of Accounts Receivables. The positions includes three main responsibilities. RECEPTION HANDLING  1) Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages  2) Arranging Couriers  3) Meeting & Greeting Clients  4) Booking Meetings  5) Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls  6) Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies  7) Allocate inbound inquiries to sales team  8) Keeping the Office Area Neat and Tidy  OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT  1) Procurement of Equipment for Projects  2) Managing Driver Schedule  3) Maintain Record of all contract expiries through the Event Calendar  4) Creating projects and allocating it to the respective teams  5) Creating detailed tasks in the project  6) Monitoring the project from beginning till the completion  7) Submitting project completion report to the client  8) Sending quotations to existing clients  9) Managing employee expense claims  10) Sending monthly AMC report  OFFICE ADMIN  1) Submitting Invoices to clients  2) Following up on Payments  3) Entry of new client contact details in CRM
