Description
Primary Responsibility: Single point of contact for managing the Order-to-Cash Business Process. The role is expansive in nature and demands high-level of efficiency. It also seeks ability to engage with clients, principals, sales team, branch offices and accounts team in a decisive and objective manner. Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the Order-to-Cash cycle of the Business Process; this includes Order Verification, Quotation generation, Validation, Procurement, Supply, Invoicing and Payment Collections.Responsible for maintaining and managing pricing information and providing accurate costing information for the sales team.Responsible for keeping maintaining, managing and tracking agreements with Principals and other partners and alerting Business Units/Product Managers about their renewal on time.Responsible for providing regular, timely and accurate MIS on all aspects of this Business process to the Operations Head and Sr. ManagementMake sure that renewal is sent 2-3 months in advance prior to expiryResponsible for keeping track of Tenders/RFPS/Renewals/AMCs and facilitating Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds. Activity Index: On but-not-limited to basis. Pricing, Preparation of Quotes and renewal of contract, renewal pricing etc.Order book – Status management, carry forward analysis, multi-year business and business prospects tracking, LPO, PO values etc.Principal communication – Pricing, promotion, trails, webinars, visits, products, special projects and promotions, pipeline review calls, Account payables, payout escalations etc.Tenders & Business Proposal  – Own process of preparation & submission of Tenders / building Business Proposals on case to case basis, Project costing and matters related to scope creepMIS preparation – For leadership reviewsCollection follow-ups - BMs, Country or service heads, Finance teams and othersSet Up Trials/ Webinar - For various Products based on principal or business requestsMaintain Partner price sheets – Be custodian of pricing for various productsMaintain distributor Agreements - Follow ups on new agreements, subscription agreements (if any), customer / end user agreements, liaison with services, legal, principals etc.Inventory Management – Availability of demo products, product brochures, presentations, case studies, sales demo logins etc. Metrics & Organization Management: Performance Metrics:Speed, Accuracy and efficiency of OperationsMIS reportsData accuracy       Competencies required: Communication -The ability to clearly convey and receive messages to meet the needs of self and organization by listening to others and communicating in an effective manner that fosters open communication. It takes various forms: monitoring and checking work or information, insisting on the clarity of roles and duties, setting up and maintaining information systems. Planning and Organizing -The ability to accurately set clear realistic goals by setting priorities and getting things done by optimal use of resources.   Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements A mature goal-oriented professional with 4 to 6 years’ experience in similar role.Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Accounting Mandatory Skills Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Win-Win Negotiation Problem-Solving Good Written and Verbal Communication in English; Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage but not mandatory Go-getter attitude, MS-Office skills especially Excel along with knowledge of tally, MS Outlook. UAE Driving license is must.
