Key Accountabilities:
• Answer all customer inquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient way.
• Maintain customer services standards by responding to all contacts promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times.
• Provide clear and concise responses to all customer inquiries and complaints and ensures all information is accurate in response to the customer.
• Follow contact scripts (where applicable) and respond em pathetically to customers.
• Conduct video verification calls to authenticate customer identification as part of the sign-up process.
• Have an excellent understanding of the complaints procedure to ensure the correct escalation is followed, where required.Full training will be provided to you by the company.
