One year experience as a HR – Recruiter (1st August 2015 – 4th August 2016)
Job title: HR Recruiter.
Job role:
1) Sourcing candidates through job Portals, social media etc.
2) Screening the candidates through telephone.
3) Scheduling interviews, briefing the candidates before and after the interviews.
4) Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
5) Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
6) Updating and maintaining the database of the selected prospective candidates.
7) Worked as a team leader and coordinator. (Not in papers)
a) Preparation of overall team targets.
b) Division of work according to the client needs.
c) Taking confirmations of sourced profiles from team members, updating tracker and reporting
to the hiring manager.
d) Daily interaction and coordination with the clients/vendors and communicating the requirements to the
team members.
