Description
Job :We are seeking a to-Hire Payroll Analyst/Specialist for a our company based in the Dubai.Duties will include:
• Responsible for executive level payroll processing
• Responsible for training divisional personnel on payroll procedures and ensure compliance
• Reconcile payroll data to the general ledger and act as liaison with Finance department regarding account reconciliation
• Payroll journal entries
• Responsible for compiling payroll reports (i.e. workers comp audit, cost reporting) including research and providing payroll data for finance department
• Assist in audits, internal and external
• Ad hoc projects as requestedJob Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in applicable field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and report compilation
• Experience with working on SAP FICO and SAP HR or at least the candidate possess implementation and end-user skills in FICO and end-user skills in SAP HCM/HR.
• 2+ years applicable experience with payroll and understanding of payroll accounting
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in order to interact effectively with internal/external contact, and with all levels of the organization
