We are seeking energetic individuals with strong selling skills for the position of Outdoor Sales Executives who will introduce and offer products and services of Lifting Materials to the construction world. Strong organizational and communication skills are required as well as previous sales experience utilizing conceptual/strategic 1. Works closely with Supervisor in providing inputs for setting up sales targets based on past trends, current and forecasted business opportunities. 2. Generates sales for the assigned portfolio of accounts in line with agreed annual sales targets by exploring opportunities with existing customers as well as identifying new customers. 3. Gets in touch with potential customers, explains the company profile and capabilities, shows product samples and explains product specifications ensuring that customer has comprehensive information about the company and its products. 4. Understand customer needs in terms of prices and technical requirements, relays the information to Supervisor and makes recommendations for meeting the requirements. 5. Negotiates with customers on prices and contractual terms; provides feedback to Supervisor on the same. 6. Suggests pricing to be offered to customers ensuring that prices are competitive and feasible; justifies recommended prices to Supervisor. 7. Works closely with the Sales Administration team for preparing sales related documentation. 8. Coordinates with the Pre-Qualification team for timely and accurate submittal of PQ documents. 9. Coordinates with the Supply Chain team to monitor progress on sales orders ensuring committed timelines are met; communicates any delays / changes in schedules to customers; keeps Supervisor updated. 10. Provides support in collecting outstanding from customers through regular follow-up. 11. Monitors feedback from customer to measure their satisfaction level with company products and services; relays customer worries / complaints to Supervisor for resolution within standard timelines; communicates updates to customers. 12. Maintains an awareness of sales and other business developments amongst competitors and passes on relevant information to immediate superior 13. Maintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance be measured and monitored; submits periodic reports for Supervisor information. 14. Maintains an awareness of new product developments within the company as well as in the market; keeps Supervisor informed on the same. 15. Participates in the development and implementation of sales related policies &procedures ensuring complete adherence. 16. Maintains a solid relationship with key customers, contractors, consultants and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized 17. Provides reports from time to time for Supervisor review. 18. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by line manager 19.
