Sales Executive (specially in marble / granite)
Assisting the Marketing Manager / Executive Director for the marketing of the company in line with company strategy.
Meet existing customers and try to retain them by getting the business from them
Respond to enquiries either verbal or written.
Submit quotations, outlining payment terms & delivery of details as per the company guidelines issued time to time.
Review the reasons for the successful as well as unsuccessful quotations.
Follow-up on quotations submitted to convert the same into order.
Prepare/Forecast/Achieve business growth in line with assigned Targets.
Penetrate in new market, generate new business enquiries, introduce new clients & ultimately increase the market share & correct business positioning.
Build long term relationships with potential clients translating it into profitable business.
Understand customer’s needs & expectations and ensure they are well served & satisfied.
Ensure adequate follow up of market and customers.
Prepare assigned Management Information Reports as required by Management.
Gathering market intelligence & information on competitors pricing & strategies, new business opportunities, generate trends in our field etc.
Maintain confidentiality of all marketing information and using it only for organisations benefit.
Promote company’s image & generate goodwill with the suppliers and subcontractors by equitable and fair dealings.
Promote company’s image and generate goodwill with the Customers expectations
Participate in Management Review Meetings.
Monitor delivery, invoicing and collection of payments / receivables.
Keeping record of visits to clients and sales.The responsibilities also includes but not limited to:-
Strengthening Organisation,s position, meeting all prospective consultants/clients to explore and capture business.
Registration with consultants/clients/government & semi government authorities.
Arranging management meetings with prospective clients and consultants for Business Development.
Generation of enquiries /capturing new enquires and following up the concerned clients for all the tenders submitted.
Liaison with the Estimation teams.
Follow up of the Tenders / Quotations/ Negotiations / conclude the award of contracts.
Client’s feedback to management.
Any other Marketing & Sales activities in the overall growth of company.
Anything other than above as required for marketing activity and as assigned by the seniors
