According to press-releases in December 2013, over 10,000 applications from buyers were received byEmaar. A small pool of those buyers were invited to bid for the plots/villas at a special event held by the developer at the Armani Hotel. There are a total of 102 villas that will be delivered shell and core to owners. Starting prices for villas is AED 25 million. As of April 2015, sources report that 58 of the 102 units have been sold
